Owner Ali M. Boehm is a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist. Having graduated from, “the Harvard of Massage Schools”, Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT), Ali has received the most up to date, relevant training in the massage industry. She is committed to furthering her knowledge with massage continuing education. She is certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Heart Association and is a proud member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Tara hails from the shores of Lake Michigan. In the fall of 2001, she traveled west seeking adventure in the outdoors. Winding up in Steamboat, she has stayed for the community and the climate. Her journeys lead her to massage school, wanting to expand her knowledge of the mind body connection, alternative health care and the healing powers of touch to combat dis-ease.
Propst graduated from Mountain Heart Massage School in Crested Butte Colorado class of 2007. Tara since has worked for the Grand Spa starting winter of 07, and joined the Kneading Hands Team in 2010. Her bodywork is unique with a blend of stretching and moving the body, yet with a therapeutic touch. She loves working with athletes of all kinds from yogis to crossfitters. She also enjoys being challenged by injuries. Some people call her “Tarapeutic”.
Kaitlyn Cole LMT, is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Mountain Massage Institute in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Kaitlyn is originally from Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University to study biology. Kaitlyn discovered her passion for massage therapy after receiving Maya massage during her pregnancy. “After experiencing all of the benefits of Prenatal massage, I knew I wanted to heal and help others through massage. Now I love what I do.”
Kaitlyn is certified and practices Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, reflexology, acupressure, Lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage. She continues to add new modalities to her skill set. Kaitlyn is also a herbal apprentice studying herbal medicine and nutrition.
Leah Bedoian grew up in rural New York (it’s not an oxy-moron) on a family farm. She has always enjoyed caring for people’s bodies – especially those that use them well and for their living!
Leah specializes in Flowing Deep Tissue massage. These techniques release deep adhesions and allow your body’s structure to come back into alignment. Strong connection to the body during massage also calms the nervous system – where your pain truly resides!

Alana has been practicing massage therapy since 2012, after graduating from MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Crested Butte, Colorado. Her initial 850 hour certification was a well rounded and thorough education in bodywork and healing arts which she has continued to build upon. Her style of massage therapy and bodywork is rooted in using diverse solutions to make every session unique to clients’ individual bodywork goals.
Born and raised right here in Steamboat Springs, Alana enjoyed a childhood of skiing all winter and hiking all summer. These are still her favorite seasonal activities as an adult, and she also enjoys camping, gardening, and making art.
She has skilled practice in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue-Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Internal Organ Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Energy Work, Pre/Post Sports Massage, Assessment, and so much more!

Adventure seeking Chad rarely shy’s away from a challenge. His years of rock climbing having left him with strong hands and a strong mind. He studied massage at the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado though originally from Wisconsin. His work tends to be detail oriented with broad strokes and specialized motion to create impressive releases in muscle tension. Having practiced massage for 5 years he has the knowledge and expertise to help release many stuck patterns.
Krissy Leonetti, LMT
Rich has been practicing Bodywork since 1996. His focus is on mechanics and the physical body. He has continuing education in fascia work, orthopedic and neuromuscular massage. He has extensive experience in sports, pre- and post-event and pain management massage modalities. He has lived in Steamboat since 1993 and enjoys Cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain and road biking and self-supported bicycle touring.
