Summer Colds are upon us. Here is a quick, easy homemade recipe to help. It is calming and it is an expectorant (helps push crude out).
Maggie’s Cough Remedy
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs water
1 tbs honey
Dissolve cayenne and ginger in cider vinegar and water. Add honey and shake well. Take 1 tbs as needed for cough. Always shake well before using. Refrigerate.
– Remember to wash your hands often.
– Eat well.
– Get enough sleep.
– Get regular massage, as it helps boost immune function.
