By drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, sticking to a healthy diet, getting out in the sunshine, and continuing to receive regular massage – you will have a bigger impact on your bodies ability to heal than any therapist will. You cannot expect your body or anyone else to heal your body until you make the effort to kick-start healthy routines and keep them up. We as therapists are happy to guide and aide you through this decision to heal yourself. A decision that takes guts and courage and for that, we as therapists solute you in your exciting voyage towards self-healing. Sometimes it is hard to remember to drink all that water, go for a morning jog, or even get out of bed on cloudy days – but each time you do your body thanks you!
