1) Go slow – Enjoy all the smells and beauty of our wonderful valley! Diffuse some essential oil in your home to remind you to relax, lavender or sweet orange are great choices.
2) Have gratitude for all the things in your life – Make sure to share these thoughts with people. You might help create the brightest moment of someone’s day.
3) Give to others – Help someone in need, or randomly give a gift to a friend. Doing things like this are bound to bring great happiness to you as well!
4) Live in the moment – Really focus on what you are doing. Pay attention to your own movements, what you are smelling, what you are hearing, try to focus on the moment and not belabor the past or future. Just be in the now.
